Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Boutique Residence. By booking a stay with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid government-issued ID and full payment are required to confirm any booking, and guests must be at least 21 years old to reserve. A security deposit may be required prior to check-in and is refundable within 7 business days after checkout, provided there are no damages or violations.

Check-in is available from 2:00 PM, and checkout must be completed by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout may be possible upon request and are subject to availability and additional charges. Cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival are fully refundable. Cancellations within 7 days will incur a 50% charge, while cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival or no-shows will be charged in full. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the units; violations will incur a cleaning fee of USD 100. Parties, loud music, and events are not permitted without prior approval. Only registered guests may stay overnight, any visitors must provide ID pictures in advance for access and must leave by 10:00 PM. Pets are allowed only in pet-friendly units and must be declared in advance.

Guests are expected to maintain the unit in good condition throughout their stay. Any damage, breakage, or missing items will be charged to the guest or deducted from the security deposit. Towels, linens, and furnishings must remain within the apartment at all times. Boutique Residence is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Use of the swimming pool and other amenities is at the guest’s own risk, and all guests must comply with local laws and regulations.

For urgent issues, our management team can be contacted at the number provided in the welcome guide. Routine maintenance may take place during your stay, but we will notify you in advance whenever possible. We are not liable for any delays, changes, or cancellations resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or government restrictions.
